Hey Chris, thanks for dropping by and commenting on Here Comes the Flood. glad you like it :) and don't worry about being too busy and all, i know what it's like. lightning is definitely one of my favourite subjects to shoot and just to watch too :D it's amazing. anyways, as for the cameras, there is good news :D

the insurance company sent us a check for somewhere around $3000 to use at Bogues Photo in hawkesbury, where we got my C5050 in the first place. they gave us a quote on some good Nikon equipment and we're going to go order that stuff next week probably because we're going to kitchener for easter. (and I get to see my girlfriend again! woo) but my dad DID order a new C5060 for me yesterday :D so hopefully that'll be in before we leave for kitchener :) I can't wait. so yeah, then next week I get to go in and choose whatever I want that I can afford with the insurance cheque. I'm looking at getting Nikon's FM3 or FM10 hopefully, if not I'll be happy with an F75...and even more happy with an F80 or 100 lol :D
